Like 1 but sepals 1-5-2mm, only 3 with setiform appendages; stamens 5; style as long as capsule. Maritime sands. • S. Spain; S. Portugal (Alentejo and Algarbe). Hs Lu. Variable. L. micrantha Boiss. & Reuter , Pugillus 23 (1852), has a slender inflorescence of shorter cymes, but occurs with typical plants of 2 in mixed populations.
