Leaves dark green; segments 4-6, each 3-fid. Flowers blue; helmet not tapering abruptly from a wide base. Inflorescence covered with short crispate eglandular hairs. ® E.C. Europe, extending to W. Ukraine. Cz Hu Po Rm Rs (W).
