6. C. enneaphyllos (L.) Crantz , Class. Crucif. 127 (1769).
Perennial, 20-30 cm; rhizome nodular, up to 6 mm in diameter, with insignificant scale-leaves 1-2 mm. Leaves 2-4 in a lax whorl, ternate or sometimes digitate, with ovate-lanceolate, irregularly biserrate leaflets. Flowers somewhat pendent. Petals 12-16 mm, pale yellow or white, scarcely exceeding the stamens. Siliqua 40- 75 x 3-5-4 mm. 2« = 52-54, 80. • From the W. Carpathians and E. Alps to S. Italy and Makedonija.
