Stems 40-65 cm, simple or branched, robust. Basal leaves 6-11 x 1-5-2 cm, subspathulate or oblong-obovate, remotely sinuate-dentate, petiolate, setose; apex somewhat obtuse; cauline leaves few, semi-amplexicaul, the lower like the basal leaves, the upper linear, entire. Silicula 6-7 x 9-12 mm. Schistose rocks. • E. & C. Pyrenees. G a Hs. (4- 6). B. variegata group. Glabrous or pubescent, rhizomatous perennials 40-100 cm, with broadly obovate, more or less toothed basal leaves.
