Distribution. A—Ceará and Bahia B—Pará, Amazonas, Ceará, Rio Grande do Norte, Paraíba, Pernambuco, Mato Grosso, Bahia, São Paulo, and Rio de Janeiro. C — Colombia, Venezuela, Costa Rica, Panama, Suriname, French Guiana, and Peru.
