Description. Female. Body length range 6.99± 0.75 mm; black. Head: Black; white pubescence on face, gena; punctation coarse; clypeus slightly convex, with median longitudinal line, apical margin truncate, slightly concave medially; supraclypeal area flat; mandible 5 dentate; preoccipital ridge dorsally and omaulus produced as translucent lamellae; F1 longer than pedicel; first labial segment as long as second; inter-ocular distance shorter than inter-antennal distance.

Mesosoma: White pubescence behind pronotal lobe, sides of propodeum and legs; very short mat of white pubescence on anterior mesoscutum, mesopleuron; inner side of tarsi with ferruginous hairs; punctation coarse; arolia absent; mesoscutellum very broad, somewhat wedge-shaped, posterior margin truncate, overhanging on metanotum; fore wing dark fuscous; hind wing subhyaline; tarsal claws cleft.

Metasoma: Short mat of white pubescence on T1–T5 laterally; punctation fine; scopa black; white fasciae of short plumose hairs beneath scopa absent.

Male. Body length 6.84± 0.64 mm; black; similar to female except as follows: mandible tridentate; arolia present; very short mat of white pubescence laterally on T1–T6; T3–T6 with lateral spines, T7 with three apical spines; S8 parallel-sided medially above lateral apodeme, with long sparse hairs, broadly rounded at anterior end, spiculum very narrow and elongate; genitalia with gonocoxite extended laterally, gonostylus bent inward distally with sparse hairs on inner side; penis valve broad at base, apodeme of penis valve extended beyond genital base.

Floral Association: Leucas aspera (Lamiaceae)

Flight Period: April, June, July, and November.
