DISTRIBUTION: Ireland and Scandinavia to Ussuri region ( U.S. S. R.), Sakhalin, and Japan, south to Morocco, N. Iran, and C., E. and S. China; Kurile Isis.

COMMENT: Includes davidi ; see Corbet, 1978:47, 48, for content of this species.

ISIS NUMBER: 5301405014014045001 as M. mystacinus .
