Distr.: Chile: Coquimbo Region: Elqui Province (Coquimbo); Choapa Province ( Illapel ); Valparaíso Region: Marga Marga Province ( Limache ); Metropolitana Region : Santiago Province (Santiago); Maule Region: Talca Province ( Hacienda Las Mercedes at NE of Río Claro); Biobío Region: Concepción Province ( Concepción ); Los Ríos Región: Ranco Province ( Lago Ranco ), Valdivia Province ( Santa Rosa , Valdivia ). Argentina: Mendonza and Rio Negro Provinces (without precise locality) (see James, 1973a: 26.43) .
