Notes. Nagai & Porion (1996) mentioned Saiva phesamensis Ollenbach, 1928 in their catalogue without illustration of the specimen. After examination of the type of Fulgora (Pyrops) virescens and photographs of the type specimens of Hotinus semiannulus and S. phesamensis , there is no difference among these. Hence, the synonymy of H. semiannulus is confirmed and S. phesamensis is here proposed as new junior synonyms of S. virescens .
