Diagnosis

Mesoscutum and scutellum with numerous scattered setae; stigmal vein long and narrow; propodeum with a wide median carina, diverging towards petiolar foramen (as in reticulatus (figure 131)); first gastral tergite with several carinae from basal carina, part behind basal carina impressed and reticulate (figure 136).

Female (length of body = 1.2 mm)

Colour. Scape and pedicel yellowish brown, flagellum pale brown. Frons and vertex dark with metallic bluish green tinges. Mesosoma dark with golden-purple tinges. Coxae dark and metallic; femora dark brown, apical part pale; tibiae yellowish brown; tarsal segments 1–3 pale, segment 4 infuscate. Fore wing with a weak infuscate spot medially. First gastral tergite golden-green, remaining tergites dark with golden-purple tinges.

Head. Antenna as in tripar (figure 115). HE/MS/WM: 3.9/1.0/2.1. Frons and vertex with strong reticulation. Frontal suture absent. POL/OOL/POO: 1.8/1.5/1.0. Occipital margin rounded. WH/WT=1.0.

Mesosoma . Mesoscutum and scutellum rather convex, with strong reticulation. Mesoscutum 0.5× as long as wide, with numerous scattered setae. Scutellum 0.8× as long as wide, with numerous scattered setae. Axilla advanced 0.5× its length in front of scuto-scutellar sulcus. Fore wing speculum closed below; costal cell with setae on ventral surface; submarginal vein with three setae; LW/LM/HW: 2.3/1.0/1.5; PM/ST =0.2. Propodeum with a wide median carina, diverging towards petiolar foramen; propodeal callus with two setae.

Metasoma. First gastral tergite smooth and shiny, with carinae from basal carina, part behind basal carina impressed and reticulate; remaining tergites with strong reticulation, tergites 2–5 with a narrow smooth and shiny stripe along hind margin; MM/LG=1.1.
