Diagnosis

Mesoscutum and scutellum with weaker reticulation than in other species, hence more shiny; mid lobe of mesoscutum with one pair of setae, situated anteriorly, scutellum with three pair of setae; stigmal vein short; first gastral tergite without carinae from basal carina (as in bimaculatus (figure 135)); tergites 2–6 with basal one-half smooth and shiny, apical one-half with rather strong reticulation.

Female (length of body = 1.1 mm)

Colour. Antenna pale yellow. Frons and vertex metallic bluish green. Mesosoma dark with golden-purple tinges. Coxae dark and metallic; femora dark brown; tibiae pale brown with base darker; tarsi with segments 1–3 pale, segment 4 infuscate. Fore wing infuscate below stigmal vein. First gastral tergite metallic bluish green, remaining tergites dark with golden-purple tinges.

Head. Antenna similar to tripar (figure 115). HE/MS/WM: 2.7/1.0/1.2. Frons and vertex with rather strong reticulation, except smooth and shiny clypeus. Frontal suture absent. POL/OOL/POO: 4.0/1.6/1.0. Occipital margin rounded. WH/WT = 1.1.

Mesosoma . Mesoscutum and scutellum weakly convex dorsally, with rather strong reticulation. Mesoscutum 0.5× as long as wide, with one pair of setae. Scutellum 0.7× as long as wide, with three pairs of setae. Axilla advanced 0.5× its length in front of scuto-scutellar sulcus. Fore wing speculum closed below; costal cell with setae on ventral surface; submarginal vein with three setae; LW/LM/HW: 2.4/1.0/1.8; PM/ST =0.5. Propodeum poorly visible in single specimen; propodeal callus with two setae.

Metasoma. First gastral tergite smooth and shiny with weak traces of reticulation, without carinae from basal carina; remaining tergites with anterior one-half smooth and shiny, posterior one-half with rather strong reticulation; MM/LG=1.0.
