Key to species of the genus Micrapemon Edwards (males)

1. Medial fork located near or at the same level of the vein R 2+3 ( Fig. 4 ); halter pale yellow or white; thorax with pleural sclerites yellowish with markings brown; gonocoxites with two fingerlike posterolateral processes ventrally ( Fig. 6D )............ 2

-. Medial fork basally located before level of the vein R 2+3; halter dark brown; thorax with pleural sclerites brown; gonocoxites not visible fingerlike posterolateral processes ventrally...................................... majusculum (Edwards)

2(1). Gonocoxites with posterior margin slightly emarginated medially ( Fig. 6A ); posterolateral process of gonocoxite reaching 3/4 of the length of the gonostyle ( Figs. 6 C-E)..................................................... maya spec. nov.
