Diagnosis. Forewing length is 12 mm in males. Lithosarctia thomasi is similar externally only to L. y-albulum, but differs by its slightly smaller size, the shorter and narrower V-like spot in the submarginal area of forewing, and the smaller dark spots in the submarginal area of hindwing. The male genitalia differ from those of L. y-albulum by the slightly narrower uncus, the well-developed, robust apical processes of the valva, and the much shorter and narrower vesica.

Female is unknown.
