The new records below document new localities and two new depositories for identified specimens of this rarely collected species, raising the number of identified specimens in museum collections from 54 to 57. The species is coastal, presently known from the San Francisco bay area, California, south to Baja California, Mexico. One specimen known from the coast of Washington .
