Hydraena marginicollis Kiesenwetter 1849: 177 The new records below document many new collecting events, including first records from Oklahoma, and three new depositories for identified specimens of this species, which is widely distributed in eastern North America, primarily coastal, from New Jersey south to Florida and east to Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Texas.
