Hydraena d-destina Perkins 1980: 200 View in CoL
The new record below documents a new locality for this rarely collected species, and raises the number of identified specimens in museum collections from four to 75. The species is presently known only from two localities in the state of Chiapas, Mexico.
New record: Mexico: Chiapas, San Cristobal de las Casas (10 km S), 21.v.1981, leg. P. J. Spangler (71 NMNH, MCZ) .
