Range: throughout eastern United States: New York to Florida, west to Michigan and Texas. Habitat: under bark of dead trees and Vitis (grape) vine, in leaf litter and tree holes. Collection Method: searching under bark and sifting/Berlese leaf litter and rotten wood, emergence. Biology: unknown. Ferro et al. (2012a): significantly more abundant in leaf litter and spring, indifferent to forest. Present Study: significantly more abundant in FWD1 and primary forest.
