Male holotype and female paratype from Rainier Road, 3 miles northwest of Military Road , Fort Lewis Military Reservation , Thurston Co., Washington (CAS). Known from localities in Thurston, Cowlitz, Mason and Wahakiakum Cos., Washington, and from Tillamook Co., Oregon .
