Diagnosis: Anterior reclinate slightly larger than proclinate (OR2/OR1 1.12); lowermost postpronotal seta very long (LHS/ThL 0.28, vs. 0.18–0.24); anterior dorsocentral seta about 1/3 the size of posterior dc (vs. approximately half); anterior katepisternal seta relatively large (AKE/PKE 0.70, vs. 0.4–0.6). Aedeagus like D. suma only longer (2.6x length of aedeagal apodeme, vs. 1.8x).

Description: Coloration typical of group, apical segments of abdomen light. Protarsal spines with typical array of 8 spines alternating in size, 4 on tarsomere 1, 4 on tarsomere 2. Setation as given in diagnosis above. Male genitalia: Hypandrium with anterior end narrowed to ~0.5x the posterior width; length of aedeagus + aedeagal apodeme equal to length of hypandrium. Apex of aedeagus hardly expanded in width, with only fine, short spicules and pimpules medially, no large scales, apex with very faint, fine serrations, not well defined. Subepandrial sclerite with anterior portion expanded, posterior portion with lateral arms that articulate with surstyli. Oviscapt narrowed apically, not broadly rounded; pegs in dorsal triad and ventral pair approximately equal in size; apical notch quite shallow; ventral series of 10 small, crowded pegs. Measurements: Head: HD/HW 0.81; FL/LFW 1.20; VB2/VB1 0.61; EW/ED 0.72; OR2/OR1 1.12; OR3/OR1 1.06; OC/POC 1.90; FW/FD 0.57; ODB/ODA 0.35. Thorax: ThL 0.93 mm.; UPS/LHS 0.84; LHS/ThL 0.28; ADC/PDC 0.36; AKE/PKE 0.70; LF1/LF2 0.80.

Holotype: Male, HS10, “ Cameroon, Rt. N11, Bafut, 20 km N. Bamenda, 17,24. XI.1987, Fini Kaplan”. Minuten double-mounted, genitalia dissected by DG, in TAU.

Other Specimens: Paratype, Female HS-09, “ Cameroon: Rt. N9, 20 km E Sangmelima 7.XI.1987, A. Freidberg. ” Minute double-mounted, genitalia dissected by DG, in TAU .

Etymology: In reference to the country where the species is currently known.
