MB06-004588 ; K – Praia Morro Peixe ( 08-09-1955), field number 54; 1 specimen with TL 188 mm. Purchased from local fishermen; caught with hook and line .

First record for São Tomé Island: Correia da Costa (1959) as B. iagonensis .
