Type material. Holotype, ♂ ( FAFU) “[ China:] Ningxia, Mt. Liupan, Xixia, 2.viii.2001, Quanxiu Shi ”.
Comparative diagnosis. Differs from the other species from NW China by its larger size (length of body of ♂ approx. 5 mm; less than 4 mm in other species), colour of the wing membrane (brown instead of subhyaline) and the presence of vein m-cu in the hind wing (absent in other species).
Distribution. China (Ningxia).
