Distribution in North Carolina: All regions. Counties: BA, BL, CA, CK, CO, CU, DD, DR, GA, GS, HA, HO, IR, JA, JH, LN, MA, MD, ME, MO, NH, OR, PE, RB, ST, WK, WY (material examined) and BN, CB, CR, CT, DP, DU, UN (in literature).
Distribution in surrounding states: GA ( Smith 1936, Ipser et al. 2004), SC ( Smith 1936, Davies 2009), TN ( Smith 1936, Dennis 1938, Cole 1940) and VA (personal collection).
