Holotype: male; type locality: Mao'ershan, Xing'an, Guangxi, China; location of type specimen: Shanghai Entomological Museum of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.

Redescription. Posterior margin of tenth abdominal tergite with an arched concavity, the lateral lobes nearly triangular. Ovipositor gently curved upwards, base stout, narrowing, apex pointed, dorsal valvulae slightly longer than ventral one. Subgenital plate of female semielliptical, basal area broad, gradually narrowing, basal margin nearly straight; posterior margin slightly excavate; median carina faintly raised.

Measurements (mm). Body: ♀ 16.5; pronotum: ♀ 4.1; tegmen: ♀ 2.7; postfemur: destroyed; ovipositor: 7.3.

Material examined. 1 female, Mao'ershan, Xing'an, Guangxi, China, 21 September 2011, coll. by Xun Bian.

Distribution. China (Guangxi).
