Length (including tegmen). Male: 3.2 mm.

Body yellowish, with dark brownish bands; head black, pronotum and scutellum greenish; pronotum with two separated smoky markings in middle; forewings light golden yellow, clavus smoky, veins yellow. Head as broad as pronotum, anterior margin of vertex produced obtuse angle, midlength longer than next to eyes. Pronotum short, 1.25 times length of vertex; scutellum as long as vertex. Forewings elongate, exceeding the abdomen, with distinct appendix and 2 anteapical cells and 2 apical cells.

Male abdomen. 2nd acrotergite with trunk widely V-shaped; neck slender, shorter than half of trunk width. 2nd tergal apodeme exceeding 2/3 of tergite posteriorly. 1st sternal apodeme with anterior lobes elongate, rounded apically, about twice as long as wide; posterior lobes strikingly reduced. 2nd sternal apodeme with posterior lobes about 2.5 times as long as wide.

Male genitalia. Pygofer with a caudo-ventral tubercle. Subgenital plates with uniseriate macrosetae on outer margin. 10th abdominal segment membranous. Style short, with small teeth on medial margin. Connective Yshaped, stem nearly the same as arms. Aedeagus slender, bifurcated at 0.4 times length of shaft and crossed at middle, gonopore apical.

Distribution. China (Heilongjiang, Xizang).
