Androlaelaps fahrenholzi (Berlese, 1911)

Distribution and habitats. Lorestan Province (Khorram abad), on the body of M. persicus , M. musculus , Mus socialis , Cricetulus migratorius , Ellobius fuscocapillus , Rattus rattus ( Shayan and Rafinejad 2006) ; Hormozgan Province (Bandar-Abas), on the body of Rattus norvegicus , Tatera indica ( Hanafi-Bojd et al. 2007) .

Note: This species was recorded as Heamolaelaps glasgowi (Ewing, 1925) by the mentioned researchers, but this is a junior synonym of mentioned name as above.
