Species widely distributed in the western Palaearctic; known exclusively from larvae ( Mąkol and Wohltmann 2012, and references therein); hitherto recorded as parasite of Coleoptera , Dermaptera , Hemiptera and Araneae : Phyllobius urticae (De Geer, 1775) ( Coleoptera : Curculionidae ) ( Gabryś 1991); Lochmaea caprea (L.) ( Coleoptera : Chrysomelidae ) ( Haitlinger 1991); Lagria hirta (L.) ( Coleoptera : Tenebrionidae ) ( Southcott 1992); Forficula auricularia L. ( Dermaptera : Forficulidae ) ( Southcott 1992, pro L. gabrysi ); Cicadetta montana Scopoli, 1772 ( Hemiptera : Cicadidae ) ( Fain et al. 1992); Tenebrionidae indet. ( Coleoptera ) ( Haitlinger 1998); Luperus longicornis (Fabricius, 1781) , Cryptocephalus parvulus O. F. Müller, 1776
