Type locality. MP, 17 km N of Amsterdam, bank of the small stream, wet soil between roots of various plants. Distribution. Type locality only in the north-eastern Drakensberg escarpment, in the area earlier known as Eastern Transvaal.
Remarks. Holotype NMSA/Olig.01851.
