Distribution. Cosmopolitan: in RSA: FS: Boshof. Skandinavien Drift, Bank of Vaal river. EC: Port Elizabeth. Uitenhage. Cradock. WC, Cape Peninsula: Cape Town. Cape Flats. French Hoek. Sea Point. Hout Bay on Chapman's Peak road. Bergvliet Farm.
Remarks. Widely distributed all over the world, occurs where climatic conditions allow. Introduced to this country.
