Geographic distribution. Colombia ( Roback & Nieser 1974), Venezuela ( De Carlo 1967b), Brazil ( De Carlo 1951b), Peru, Bolivia, Paraguay ( Keffer 1997), Argentina ( Mazzucconi et al. 2022) .
Distribution in Peru. San Martín, Huánuco, Ayacucho ( Keffer 1997) .
Notes. Specimens from Colombia identified by Roback & Nieser (1974) as C. intermedia (Martin, 1898) actually belong to this species ( Keffer 1997). The material recorded from Acre state ( Brazil) by Keffer (1997) is actually from Bolivia.
