Distribution in Peru. San Martín, Ucayali ( Todd 1955; Nieser 1972), Huánuco ( Todd 1955; Nieser 1972; Nieser & Chen 1992; Estévez & López-Ruf 2006), Pasco, Junín, Ayacucho ( Todd 1955; Nieser 1972), Cusco ( Melin 1929; Poisson 1954; Todd 1955; De Carlo 1959; Nieser 1972), unknown department ( Montandon 1910; Todd 1955, 1972; Nieser 1972).
