Description. Ocellar triangle brown, with 4–6 setae above ocellar setae. Frons yellow to yellowish brown. Pedicel yellowish brown; first flagellomere yellow. Clypeus brown. Mesonotum dark brown, with thin, yellow longitudinal stripes sublaterally ( Fig. 7 View FIGURE 7 A). Postpronotal lobe yellow. ( Fig. 7 View FIGURE 7 B). Acrostichal setulae in 5–7 irregular rows ( Fig. 7 View FIGURE 7 A); Pleura yellowish, with brown to dark brown patches posteriorly ( Fig. 7 View FIGURE 7 B). Wing ( Fig. 2 View FIGURE 2 I): Costal vein between R2+3 and R4+5 distally with 6–9 peg-like spinules on ventral surface. All femora with brown patches subbasally. Male terminalia: Epandrium with pubescence and 22 setae near posterior margin and ventral corner per side ( Fig. 25 View FIGURE 25 A). Paramere broadened, with 4 sensilla distodorsally ( Fig. 25 View FIGURE 25 C). Aedeagus with pubescence distally ( Fig. 25 View FIGURE 25 D).
Measurements. BL = 4.33–5.03 mm in ♂, 4.13–4.47 mm in ♀ (range in 2♂ and 3♀), THL = 1.93–2.30 mm in ♂, 1.90–1.97 mm in ♀, WL = 3.40–3.73 mm in ♂, 3.33–3.47 mm in ♀, WW = 1.52–1.77 mm in ♂, 1.43–1.67 mm in ♀, arb = 8–10/4–5, avd = 0.73–0.85, adf = 1.80–2.04, flw = 2.10–2.26, FW/HW = 0.35–0.39, ch/o = 0.02–0.04, prorb = 0.62–0.71, rcorb = 0.64–0.74, vb = 0.36–0.42, dcl = 0.49–0.58, presctl = 0.54–0.61, sctl = 1.09–1.26, sterno = 0.65–0.74, orbito = 1.50–2.36, dcp = 0.20–0.27, sctlp = 1.06–1.22, C = 1.60–1.89, 4c = 1.33–1.76, 4v = 1.33–1.93, 5x = 2.80–3.22, ac = 3.42–3.61, M = 0.59–0.72, C3F = 0.82–0.86.
