Distribution. Transeurasiatic, temperate. Throughout the Russian territory from Kaliningradskaya Oblast to Primorye, Sakhalin Isl. and Kuriles, Kamchatka, Magadanskaya Oblast and northern part of Khabarovsky Kray. Outside Russia: Europe, Transcaucasia, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, NE China, Korea, Japan (Hokkaido, Honshu, Shikoku, Kyushu Isl.).
Hostplants: flaccid leaves of trees and shrubs ( Alnus , Lonicera ), and also different herbs ( Trifolium , Taraxacum , Antirrhinum , Leontodon , Polygonum , Rubus , Plantago , Rumex , Campanula and Poaceae ) ( Burnasheva & Beljaev 2011; Beljaev 2016).
