Distribution. Transpalaearctic, temperate. Throughout the Russian territory from Kaliningradskaya Oblast to Primorye and Sakhalin Isl., Kamchatka and northern part of Khabarovsky Kray. Outside Russia in N Africa, Europe, Lebanon, Turkey, Transcaucasia, N Iran, Afghanistan, W Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, NE China, N Korea.
Hostplants: flaccid leaves of different herbs ( Rumex , Ononis , Lithospermum , Sonchus , Viola , Stellaria , Lysimachia , Galium , Thymus , Chenopodium ), and shrubs ( Vaccinium , Rubus , Rosa , Prunus ) ( Beljaev 2016).
