Pseudophilotes bavius (Eversmann, 1832)
—Reported from Lake Skadar by Radović et al. (2008) based on data presented by P. Jakšić, with no precise locality given in the paper. The author has never observed P. bavius in this area. It appears that the presence of this species in the Skadar Lake region is a result of a misunderstanding in communications between the authors of the study ( Radović et al. 2008), and the species has erroneously been included in the paper (Jakšić pers. comm.), therefore it will not be retained in the current list.
