[ Lectotype: CASC ♂ Phoenix , Arizona, US; October 7, 1899]

This species is well distributed in the SD and has been reported in the Lower Colorado Desert (BC) and in La Giganta Ranges (BCS) by Danforth (1994). See fig. 27.
