Record associated with mangroves: Found among unbranched thread-like green algae ( Cladophorales , Chlorophyta) and debris from stem of mangrove Rhizophora sp., in a small bay of the Pandan River, Singapore and fromalgae (Chlorophyta) on Avicennia pneumatophores growing in adjacent tidal field ( Bartsch 2005). Singapore, end of Lim Chu Kang Road, green algae ( Cladophorales ) on trunk of Avicennia sp., splash zone ( Bartsch 2015).

Distribution: Singapore.
