Diagnosis. Male. Body length 5.0–6.0 mm. Paramere apically with very short and strong spines and few long soft bristles dorsally; outer margin of volsella with short strong spines (Figs 8, 16). Hypopygium as in Fig. 21. Female. Body length 5.5–9.0 mm. Fore wing without distinct subapical white spot. Metasoma completely black.
