Diagnosis. Male. Body length 4.0–6.5 mm. Paramere with one outer stout vertical process ending by dense bristles (Figs 20, 25). Hypopygium narrow (Fig. 25). Female. Body length 6.0–8.5 mm. Antenna slender; third flagellomere 3.5–3.8 × its width ( Fig. 29 ). Fore wing with subapical milky white spot. Propodeum posteriorly without transverse striae. Metasoma with ferruginous-red T1 and T2 or completely black.

Material examined. Germany. 2 ♂, Saaletal, Grossjena , 23, 24.VII.1947 (Blüthgen) ; 1 ♀, Berlin, Tegel , 2.VIII.1903 (G. Enderlein S.G.) [ MNHU]. Russia . Eastern Siberia: 1 ♂ , Khakassia, 14 km south-south-west of Abakan, Belyi Yar, Abakan River , 12.VII.2012 (V. Loktionov, M. Proshchalykin) [ CEATB].

Distribution. Austria, Belarus, Belgium, British Isles, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland, The Netherlands ( Wahis 2013), Turkey ( Yildirim & Wahis 2011), Russia: European part (North-West) ( Tobias 1978), Eastern Siberia (Khakassia) (new record).
