Diagnosis. Prochas theclae is distinguished from other two species by the following combination of characters: coloration of body mostly black ( Fig. 9 View FIGURES 9 – 12 ); antenna with 31 flagellomeres, first flagellomere 3.6 × as long as width; distance between lateral ocelli 2.0 × their diameter; metapleuron punctate with juxtacoxal carina strong and complete ( Fig. 10 View FIGURES 9 – 12 ); propodeum with areola trapezoidal ( Fig. 11 View FIGURES 9 – 12 ); ovipositor straight, 0.6 × length of hind tibia; fore wing with Rs&M opposite to cu-a vein ( Fig. 12 View FIGURES 9 – 12 ).
