1. Mesobasitarsus with fewer than 10 dark ventral pegs arranged in a single complete row on one side and in another largely incomplete row on the other side ( Fig. 30B View FIGURES 30 ). Fore wing with marginal vein slightly more than 2× as long as postmarginal vein, postmarginal vein about 1.2× as long as stigmal vein ( Fig. 30C View FIGURES 30 ). France, Italy, Spain, Turkey.
