Habitats. Subtropical tidal reefs.

Occurrences. Zavora.

Geographic distribution. Western Indian Ocean. Mozambique .

Remarks. A similar morphotype has been recorded to Philippines (Gosliner et al. 2015) but lacks the dark spots on the dorsum.
