( Figs 44E View FIGURE 44 , 45 View FIGURE 45 , 47D View FIGURE 47 )

Diagnosis. Macropterous ♀ of Anteon ( Fig. 47D View FIGURE 47 ) with head completely reticulate rugose; forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands, with distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein less than 0.5 × as long as proximal part; propodeal declivity reticulate rugose, without longitudinal keels; protarsomere 4 approximately as long as basal part of 5; protarsomere 5 ( Fig. 44E View FIGURE 44 ) with inner side curvilinear, with distinct apical region, with basal part shorter than distal part, with less than 20 proximal and medial lamellae, with distal region very long and slender, with distal group of lamellae located far from medial lamellae.

Description. ♀ ( Figs 45 View FIGURE 45 , 47D View FIGURE 47 ). Fully winged; body length 2.9 mm. Head black, except mandible, clypeus and transverse stripe between antennal toruli testaceous; antenna brown, except proximal half of scape and pedicel testaceous; mesosoma black; metasoma brown; legs testaceous. Antenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 12:5:9:7:6:7:7:7:7:9. Head ( Fig. 45C View FIGURE 45 ) dull, completely reticulate rugose; frontal line complete; frons with two lateral keels along orbits; occipital carina complete; POL = 5; OL = 3; OOL = 3; OPL = 3; TL = 4; greatest breadth of lateral ocelli as long as OPL. Pronotum dull, reticulate rugose; posterior surface shorter than mesoscutum (8:16); pronotal tubercle reaching tegula. Mesoscutum ( Fig. 45A View FIGURE 45 ) shiny, punctate and with many irregular folds and striae. Notauli incomplete, reaching about 0.7 × length of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum and metanotum shiny, unsculp- tured. Metapectal-propodeal disc with strong transverse posterior keel, reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity reticu- late rugose, without longitudinal keels. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein much shorter than proximal part (2.5:10). Protarsomeres in following proportions: 5:2:3:11:18. Enlarged claw ( Fig. 44E View FIGURE 44 ) with proximal prominence bearing one long bristle. Protarsomere 5 ( Fig. 44E View FIGURE 44 ) with one row of 13 lamel- lae and distal region very long and slender; apex with three lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
