Description. ♀. Fully winged; body length 2.7–3.0 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna tes- taceous, except antennomeres 7–10 brown; mesosoma and metasoma black; tegula testaceous; legs testaceous, except metacoxa, metafemur and metatibia partly brown. Antenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 15:6:6:6:6:6:5:5:5:8. Head dull, granulate and reticulate rugose; frontal line complete; frons with two lateral keels near orbits directed towards antennal toruli; vertex with two oblique keels connecting inner side of lateral ocelli to occipital carina; occipital carina complete; POL = 7; OL = 4; OOL = 7; OPL = 5; TL = 4. Pronotum humped, dull, granulate, with numerous transverse keels; posterior surface shorter than anterior surface (7:11), about 0.5 × as long as mesoscutum (8:16); pronotal tubercle reaching tegula. Mesoscutum shiny, smooth, granulate. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.25 × length of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum shiny, unsculptured. Metanotum sculptured by some longitudinal keels. Metapectal-propodeal disc with strong transverse posterior keel, reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity without longitudinal keels, sculptured by strong transverse keels, not reticulate rugose. Forewing with two dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein much shorter than proximal part (3:8). Protarsomeres in following proportions: 5:3:2.5:6:20. Enlarged claw ( Fig. 70D View FIGURE 70 ) very long, longer than protarsomere 5, with proximal prominence bearing one long bristle. Protarsomere 5 ( Fig. 70D View FIGURE 70 ) with basal part shorter than apical part (8:12), with one row of 9–11 lamellae; apex with 8–9 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
