Description. ♀ ( Fig. 58E View FIGURE 58 ). Fully winged; body length 1.6–2.2 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; clyp- eus of holotype testaceous-brown; clypeus of specimen from Madagascar, 14°26.06’S 49°45.36’E, black; antennomeres 1–7 of holotype yellow (antennomeres 8–10 missing in holotype); antenna of specimen from Madagascar, 14°26.06’S 49°45.36’E, yellow, except antennomere 10 darkened; mesosoma black; metasoma brown; legs yellow. Antenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 9:4.5:5:3.5:4:4:4 (antennomeres 8–10 missing in unique known specimen). Head convex, dull, granulate and with many irregular striae; frontal line complete; occipital carina complete; POL = 5; OL = 3; OOL = 4.5; OPL = 3; TL = 3.5. Pronotum anteriorly crossed by slight transverse impression, dull, rugose; posterior surface rugose, much shorter than mesoscutum (5:11), with posterior margin shiny and smooth; pronotal tubercle reaching tegula. Mesoscutum shiny, slightly granulate or with some irregular striae. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.5–0.6 × length of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum and metanotum shiny, finely punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Metapectal-propodeal disc with strong transverse posterior keel, dull, reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity dull, reticulate rugose, without complete longitudinal keels. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein much shorter than proximal part (2:8). Protarsomeres in following proportions: 6:2:2:4:10. Enlarged claw ( Fig. 63B View FIGURE 63 ) with proximal prominence bearing one long bristle. Protarsomere 5 ( Fig. 63B View FIGURE 63 ) with inner side straight, with basal part slightly longer than apical part (5.5:5), with distal extremity of extended part divided into two lobes (incision between them receiving distal extremity of enlarged claw), one of them bearing one very large lamella; second lobe with one row of lamellae continuing in the extended part of protarsomere 5 (reaching a total of 10–17 lamellae). Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
