Specimens examined. CHINA: 4 apterous viviparae and 4 nymphs, Guizhou (Chishui City), on one kind of bamboo, 2.vi.2000 (Qiao GX) [No. 12537]; 6 apterous viviparae, Hainan (Mt. Diaoluoshan), on one kind of bamboo, 31.iii.2008 (Jiang LY) [No. 20960].
Distribution. China (Guizhou, Hainan), Indonesia.
Biology. Its host plants are bamboos ( Poaceae ).
Remark. This species is a new record for China.
