Material. European Turkey, Kırklareli, Dupnisa Mağarası, Sarpdere İncesırt Demirkoy, 350 m, 3.04.1995, 1 ♂, 5 ♀ (Ho). Balıkesir, 20 km NE Edremit—Kalkim, 600 m, 2.06.1992, 1 ♂, 1 ♀ (Ma).

Distribution in Turkey. Ankara , Bolu, İçel, Kahramanmaraş, Kırklareli, Ordu, Sakarya, Tunceli ( Zwick 1971 as N. carpathica , fide Zwick 1975); Antalya, Bolu ( Kazancı 1983b); country record only: listed from Turkey ( Kazancı 1983b; Kazancı 2008). Map ( Fig. 71 View FIGURE 71 ).

Distribution and ecology. Southwestern Carpathians, Balkans, European Turkey, entire Anatolia. This species occurs in various types of mountain streams (350–1400 m). Adults emerge in spring (IV–VI).
