Type locality. Unknown.

Distribution. Endemic to Brazil ( Plt. 365A View Plate 365 ). Widespread in the Atlantic Forest ( Plt. 365A View Plate 365 ), mostly at low elevations ( Plt. 365B View Plate 365 ). Observed in the field in forest ( Rocha et al., 2008, 2009; Hartmann et al., 2009; Marques et al., 2009; Forlani et al., 2010; Silva-Soares et al., 2011).
