Diagnosis. Carapace armed with many small spines on anterior margin. First, second and fifth pleopods of male rudimentary, without segment, while all pleopods (first to fifth) of female rudimentary, non-segmented. Third pleopod of male biramous, endopod without segment and exopod with three segments; exopod longer than endopod, first segment longest about five times of second and third segment with several setae on the outer margin; second and third almost equal in length forming one single seta at the postero-margin and single seta in the terminal. Fourth pleopod of male biramous; endopod without segment; exopod very long with four segments; first segment longest about twice as the exopod with several setae at the outer margin; second and third subequal in length; third segment with a long terminal seta; fourth segment shortest with two terminal setae. Antennal scale lanceolatus, setose along the margin, apex narrow but not pointed. Carpopropodus of endopods of third to eighth thoracic with three or four segments. Endopod of uropod without spines on inner margin. Telson short; posterior margin convex, straight or concave, not split, armed with a comb of spines between last lateral spines; lateral margins armed with spines
