Etymology. The species name is a Latin adjective ( rubropleuralis , -is, -e = with red pleura).
Type material. Holotype ♂, PHILIPPINES, Luzon I., Albay Prov, Guinobatan , I.1977, J. Patola ( BPBM #11,975 About BPBM ).
Distribution. Philippines (Luzon Isl.).
