Milnesium tardigradum Doyère, 1840

Material examined. 10 specimens and one egg were collected from the Huangguoshu Fall, six specimens from Langdeshang Village.

Remarks. This species was reported as a new record for China from Beijing Municipality, Shanghai Municipality, Tianjin Municipality, Hebei Province and Shanxi Province (Rahm, 1936-1937 a, b; 1937). Then it was collected from Sichuan Province and Yunnan Province ( Beasley & Cleveland, 1996), and from Sichuan Province again ( Beasley et al., 2006). It is the first report of this species from Guizhou Province.
